Hardware, software, and network requirements for SUPi.
SUPi can be deployed on-premise, in the cloud, or in a hybrid configuration. Below are the requirements for each deployment model.
On-Premise Deployment

Cloud Deployment
SUPi is certified on:
- AWS — EKS, EC2, or ECS with RDS PostgreSQL
- Azure — AKS with Azure Database for PostgreSQL
- IBM Cloud — Red Hat OpenShift with IBM Watson integration
Network Requirements
- Outbound HTTPS (443) for license validation and model updates
- Inbound access to OPC-UA (4840) or MQTT (1883/8883) data sources
- Internal network latency < 50ms to data historians
