1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the supi.ai website and platform (the “Service”), operated by Welf GmbH(“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
supi.ai provides an industrial AI and digital twin platform for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, process optimisation, and operational intelligence. Access to specific features may require a commercial subscription agreement.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Welf GmbH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
6. Customer Data
You retain all rights to the data you provide to the Service (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data solely to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
We do not access, use, or share Customer Data for purposes unrelated to the provision of the Service unless required by law.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Specific SLA terms may be defined in your commercial subscription agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Welf GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Welf GmbH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance in exporting your Customer Data upon request.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the registered seat of Welf GmbH, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
