Predictive Maintenance
Risk-based inspection and failure forecasting.
SUPi's predictive maintenance engine analyzes sensor data, historical failure patterns, and real-time operating conditions to forecast equipment failures before they happen.
Risk-Based Inspection (RBI)
The built-in RBI engine ranks every asset by:
- Degradation probability — how likely this asset is to fail in the next N days
- Operational criticality — what's the production impact if it fails
- Incident history — past failure modes and frequency
This flips the traditional model: resources go where the actual risk is, not where the calendar says.
Remaining Useful Life (RUL)
For each monitored asset, SUPi estimates the remaining useful life with confidence intervals:
{
"asset_id": "PUMP-042",
"rul_days": 47,
"confidence": 0.89,
"failure_mode": "bearing_inner_race",
"recommended_action": "Schedule bearing replacement",
"optimal_window": "2025-04-15 to 2025-04-22"
}
Proven Results
- 25–40% reduction in maintenance costs
- 70%+ reduction in unplanned downtime
- Extended asset lifespan through condition-based scheduling
- Weeks of advance warning, not hours
